Meditation Process is about focusing the mind on something that helps you to increase level of physical and mental energy

In the modern day when we all are busy in finding pleasures in materialistic comforts and while doing so we do not bother to think that we have deviated from the morals and ethics in life. This is when we need spiritualism since only proximity to religion can help us to maintain our ethics and morals. The question is today’s average youth who prefers to call themselves modern feel staying in touch with spiritualism is primitive and many even say that they will follow when they turn old but this is a totally wrong notion since spiritualism is a philosophy and anybody who want can take out some time and meditate which is the ultimate Meditation Process.

Spirituality has been defined by various religious masters as a philosophy or road to reach out to Almighty God. Ramakrishna Paramhansa in his teaching has always maintained that the best way to reach to God is through Meditation Process. He always said it is not where you sit or pray but how devoted you are in remembering God. Meditation Process is not about the arrangements of offering Puja but the simple manner in which you call Almighty God.

The basic concept of meditation is being in a systematic process which incorporates different postures, breathing practices and relaxation techniques. The process involves of focusing the mind on something. The concentration will help you to increase your level of physical and mental energy, strengthen your immune system and improve your sense of composure. The most popular form of Meditation Process is laid down in the philosophy of ‘Pranayama’ (which means extension of breath in Sanskrit language) in Yoga which is the most effective way of Meditation Process being practiced all over the world but like most of the Yoga techniques ‘Pranayama’ too should be practiced under the expert supervision of trained instructor or Guru. If practiced haphazardly or incorrect manner then it may have an adverse effect.

However, there are no one specified way in which the Meditation Process will commence rather it may have various layers and can be divided into stages like walking meditation, standing meditation, sitting meditation and  prone meditation.
